Planted Earth was created in 1971 by Dan and Penny Doty as a successful plant store / greenhouse business and has blossomed into a beautiful boutique-styled antique and gift shop coupled with the most fabulous fresh flower designs in the valley! It continues to be an expression of their combined creative and innovative talents!

Liz, Penny and Dan's daughter, grew up in the store and has teamed up with her parents to help maintain the beauty of the boutique and keep the floral portion unique and fresh. She also is talented in interior design and has recently come out with a line of aprons and bags called "Queen Elizabeth" which we feature in the APRON section of our website.

Our store is very eclectic and multifaceted. Customers love the fact that, each time they come in, they find something new and exciting. No one ever gets tired of Planted Earth (including the employees!) and our wonderful customers enjoy each visit, finding real treasures waiting just around the corner!
